This is a great budget stay. Rooms are basic and quite spacious. Interior could be upgraded and place organized a bit more but... Why this place got 5 stars instead of 3? AMAZING staff! So good, friendly and warm welcome for us. We loved these guys. I even left one of my bags there for some days before and after our stay to pick up later. They took us to another hotel for the first night since the AC did not work. Drove us there and came to get us (even tough it was just around the corner, we were a bit embarrassed...we could have just walked there) But cannot say enough how friendly and welcoming the staff we delt with were 😊 Big thank you's from the 2 Finnish girls!

Getting there
Beach Arena Inn is in the Malé area, about 2.7 km in a straight line from Velana International Airport on Hulhulé. Hulhumalé is joined to the airport island by road, and the Sinamalé Bridge links the airport side with Malé, so the transfer is short.
A city stay suits a first or last night around an international flight, or a base for ferries and speedboats out to the nearby local islands of North and South Malé atolls.
The nearest other stays in this guide are Casa Retreat (on the same island block), Sunny Suites (on the same island block) and Hotel Ocean Grand at Hulhumale (on the same island block). On a local island or in the city, stays this close share the same streets, beaches and ferry stops, which makes them easy to compare.
