So first of all, the rooms were downright horrid. There was a second bed we needed to get, but it was blocking the plug for our Samsung chargers, and it was extremely moronic of the staff to not realize such a thing will happen if they put the bed RIGHT WHERE THE DAMN PLUG IS. Room was suffocatingly small with little to no walking space, hairdryer wasn't working, there was a coffee machine but no ingredients, like that's basic hotel stuff, what the hell are you guys doing? There was no complimentary toothpaste, brush or combs, again, basic hotel stuff, if you guys want to even attempt to be an international hotel, please consider putting in some effort.
