Not sure why this hotel has such a low rating in reviews. Staff were lovely and helpful, free wifi, lovely sea view from the room and had everything I needed and streamlined airport transfers. Was only 1 night but it was a great stay.

I stayed at Huvan Beach Hotel at Hulhumale and overall had a pleasant experience. They kindly upgraded my room to a sea view, which was a great touch. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was basic, but fair considering the budget. The rooms are average and could use some renovation. The best part is the location – the hotel is right on the beach with beautiful views. It's also very close to the airport (just 10 minutes) and about 10 minutes from the island's center and main spots. Good value for the price!
