Room is not clean and the price the receptionist asked to pay was different than the price as per Booking. Very noisy hotel. Bathroom is ugly.
I stayed here for 2 nights and the experience was very disappointing. The room was in bad shape – walls had visible mold, damp patches, and water damage, especially around the electrical outlets and floor (see attached photos). The paint was poorly done, with mirror marks still visible. The TV remote didn’t have batteries, and to make things worse, the room telephone wasn’t working, so I couldn’t even call reception when I needed something. I had asked for room cleaning at 8 AM, but when I came back around 6 PM, nothing was done. I also asked for water and a towel, and after waiting until 9:30 PM, I had to personally go to reception again before someone finally brought them. Service is…
