One of the best. Staff are excellent. And of the Bangladeshi staff at the who is working as a Room attendant is one of the best. I was in a hurry to run to airport and I left my passport at room. And he found it and he ran to me and he given it to me. Receptionist and staff at reception are also very friendly and very helpful. Specially Maldivian girl who is working at front desk is excellent. Cafe’ at point inn also was one of the best. Excellent service and customer oriented. I will definitely will come back.

Went for a dinner . Food was great . Service could have been better and a bit faster. One waitress was really nice . The next waitress who attended wasn't that friendly .
We booked a package that includes airport shuttle and breakfast. We got to Male late around 10PM and is staying one night before we transit to our actual resort for holiday. We were suppose to call 24 hours in advance to arrange the airport shuttle… which we forgot to do. We called the hotel from the information help desk at Male airport and is happy to hear that the hotel is sending a driver to pick us up. We met up with our driver after a 40 minutes wait and got to the hotel safely. We were given a room on the 1st floor which requires us to climb 2 small sets of stairs. Our room uses a traditional key that is hard to insert and turn. It took us a little bit of time to figure out how to…
