It was our first trip to the Maldives and the Centara Mirage Lagoon was the perfect spot to experience everything! From the moment we landed at the airport the staff have been nothing but exceptional, super friendly and happy to help in anyway possible Food options were extensive, the Italian and Thai restaurants were beautiful and the international buffet always had so many different flavours to try! Even super fussy 8 & 10year olds had plenty of options Disappointed to be going back home but looking forward to coming back and experiencing this fantastic resort and the beautiful people again in the near future!
a quick trip from the airport to the resort by boat (40 minutes). They allowed us to check in early at around 9:30 AM, which was great since we had taken an overnight flight. The hotel is new and very clean. The room size is reasonable, and the beds are okay, but the seating area wasn't ideal for a group of four. For a 5-night stay, I would say the food options were limited. The food quality was average—some dishes were better than others.
