We spent 13 days at Molar Wave and enjoyed every single day. Ali, the manager and his friend/chef and colleague are super lovely people who deserve the best in this world. They do everything to make your stay a success. The food is delicious, the room is adequate and well presented in the pictures. The desired excursions are organized as requested. The boat driver is great and lovely. The bikini beach, restaurants, supermarkets and some other stores, in general everything you need is right in the near of this hotel. Disappointing Stay at Molar Wave Our experience at Molar Wave was unfortunately far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we noticed that the room cleanliness was below expectations, with several areas in need of attention. The bathroom door was damaged and didn’t close properly, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the AC wasn’t working properly, making it uncomfortable to rest during our stay. To make matters worse, the service was disappointing. Staff seemed unresponsive, and requests took longer than expected to be addressed. The breakfast offered was also subpar – the variety and quality did not meet our expectations. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay and would not…
Our 1-night stay at Molar Wave was quite disappointing. When we complained about the AC barely working (even at 16°C), the broken water heater, and the weak ceiling fan in the upstairs room, we were told the room wasn’t supposed to be rented out in the first place. There was no one at the front desk to assist us; only an expat staff member was present, and they seemed unprepared to handle guest concerns. We were also asked to vacate the room the next day to make space for other guests. No additional amenities were provided, and the overall condition of the room was far below expectations for the price. Not worth the stay — would not recommend unless major improvements are made.
