I fall in love with the Island not only for its beauty but also thanks to the amazing people and great service they provided at Velaa Vani! 😊 Right after I booked the room, the manager connected with me via WhatUp and we arranged our arrival- they provided a transfer from the airport to the island, so we didn’t have to find it on our own. After arrival, they served a welcome drink- fresh watermelon juice and we checked in. The guesthouse has nice clean rooms with very good bed linens and towels- the bedding really gave us that “hotel feeling”, the bed was very comfortable. It’s an amazing place with small and comfortable rooms, the beach is right on your foot walk. They’ve restaurant with quick service and water sports is right in front of their property, they’ve communicated extremely well and arranged the transfer & complimentary Maldivian & Continental breakfast was perfect! The in charge of the property Zambe is very kind and attentive & his complimentary offer of beverages upon departure was an ice on a cake. I would recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to visit Maldives with budget and who loves to enjoy the natural beauty of the Maldives. Tommy!
The room was clean, had Aircon and had a good bathroom. But they only provided a mini fridge, kettle, water jug and glasses, no mugs, tea or coffee in the room. So couldn't make hot drinks ourselves. They may be available on request. We went for the all inclusive offer as I was assured they could do gluten free (I have coeliac disease). Ended up switching to the breakfast only option, as the staff didn't seem to grasp gluten free. There were also very limited options on the menu anyway for people without dietary restrictions.
