Stayed at Dhonfulhafi for about 10 days, our room was large and clean, we could see the ocean directly every day when we got up, totally made the day. Very friendly staff and all very helpful, they offer many additional activities such as fishing, picnics on the sandbank, etc. When we were going to another hotel, the owner, Kaneef, drove the boat to take us fishing all the way to another hotel. It was a very special experience. The beaches and coral reefs on the island are very beautiful. They are the most beautiful among many other islands I have been to in Maldives. Our stay at Haneefs was the best holiday ever. We were taken care of 24/7 and every wish we could think of was fulfilled. The locals welcomed us as if we were living there. This was a great way to get to know the life of the locals. The island is a very natural, small island with a nice little jungle and a huge, well-maintained house reef where we could see turtles, small sharks, rays and octopuses right in front of the hotel. You are provided with very good free snorkelling equipment and shown great dive spots. My holiday started with a nice contact to the owner Haneef, who was very helpful from booking to departue. At the international airport in Male I was picked up to go to the domestic flight check in. After a 30 minutes flight I reached the Dharavandoo Airport where Haneef was already waiting for me and by speedboat we reached after a few minutes Maalhos Harbour. The hotel is located on the opposite side of the harbour but its not more than 500 mtrs to walk. The hotel has 14 rooms, two floors, located direct at the beach.
