The stay was amazing, very luxurious. We were taken care of as queens. The reception, the welcome drink and sweets, the food in the restaurants was spectacular especially the breakfast, the spa view was magical, the service and the workers were all amazing, welcoming. The rooms were clean, the service was very fast. I would like to give a huge shout out and big thank you to Tina who helped in everything to make our stay memorable. A gem of a hotel! Isolated within the baa atoll. Vakkaru really was such a special stay. The staff and attention to detail is great. Special mention goes to our butler Longey who was available at all times, our waiter Mahesh who served our breakfasts was extremely attentive and Rashid who always helped us at the pool and a special mention to Javier part of the boating team. Staff in general are always friendly and you definitely feel it’s customer first focused. I didn't expect this beauty! Just so beautiful, out of this world! Everywhere you go, it's just paradise. I like how the marine life is protected here since it's within UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. You can just go down your overwater villa and snorkel. My daughter loved it! She enjoyed snorkeling a lot and swimming with the sea creatures. We had a great time here. I would definitely recommend Vakkaru for families and couples. It's a very family friendly resort. Parrot Fish Club is a plus!
