Very friendly host! I recommend the accommodation. Maldivian cuisine for breakfast and dinner. Appreciated that the host offered us what his family actually eats. There was no shortage of water, fresh fruit juice and dessert in the form of fruit or sweets with the meal. The room was modest but cleaned daily. The whole house is always wonderfully cleaned. Don't expect luxury resort style apartment but it is nice cozy and clean place to stay. The house is located between two beaches - one is a five minute walk, the other a ten minute walk. And most of all I appreciate the human approach of the host. He took very nice care of us - you could tell he was trying to give us a nice holiday.

We absolutely loved our stay in this guesthouse. I would start with the host - Azmy is the most thoughtful and kindest host I have ever met in my life so far. He provided us with all the information we needed, helped us to organize trips and showed us around. The room was immaculately clean and air-conditioned. I love that Veli Thoddoo Inn is sustainable and vegan-friendly. The food was incredibly delicious and juices were made of fresh fruit. We also tasted Eid Mubarak cookies. There is a beautiful garden full of plants where meal is served. I loved this experience more than staying in 5* star resort in Maldives. We felt like at home. I am giving 11/10 and I want to come back!
It was a great pleasure to return to Veli Thoddoo. This was my 4th visit. Azmy and his family are amazing, always kind and friendly. They will do everything to make your vacation like you could only imagine! They impress every time. The food they prepare is always very tasty and rich in flavor! The accommodation is clean and tidy. Attention is paid to every single detail. We planted our palms on the island this time too. It's really cool to have your own palm tree on the other side of the world. It will be nice to come back and see them grow. We look forward to return. Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable once again!
