We booked this stay via Jet2 and this hotel was listed as Jet2 Vibe and a vibe it is! We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival at the beautiful interior, the attentive service by all members of staff and the various options for food. No two nights were the same! The spa and the facilities were great. The ladies at the spa were wonderful and helped us feel immediately relaxed at the start and end of our stay. So good we booked twice! I returned from my stay at this hotel yesterday, the hotel was absolutely beautiful it was clean and I couldn’t fault how it looked. The staff were amazing! I’d like to give a special mention to Maria who was part of the restaurant staff she made sure we had plenty of drinks and was always so friendly. We had a room with a private plunge pool with a sea view it was lovely however it gets really cold as the sun was only on it for an hour in the morning and then it was in the shade. There was plenty of lovely sunbeds around the hotel and on the private beach however was almost impossible to get one around the main pool unless you were there waiting at 7:30 until they opened at 9. My husband, 9 month old baby and I just returned from a wonderful 5 night stay at this hotel. We had the most incredible time! The hotel is beautifully designed, food is delicious, and all the staff are so welcoming and kind. Special shout out to Nada and the rest of the restaurant team for making us feel so at home and showing so much love towards our baby girl. They even helped prepare a special baby meal every night which made our lives easier. Thanks so much for making our first family holiday incredible 💛 we can’t wait to come back again.
