We had a fantastic stay! The food was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the water activities, especially the snorkeling. The service throughout our visit was outstanding.
Let me start with the positives: The staff are very friendly and co-operative. They always talk to you politely and with a smile. The breakfast is good for the value and the location is convenient. The negatives: The rooms are not that good. I found a peculiar smell in my room as it was not properly cleaned and the bathroom lacked basic amenities. The soap they provided was expired, there was no labelling on the shampoo and the shower gel didn’t look good either. Didn’t feel like the rooms were worth the money as there are better options.
