I booked a non‑balcony room because the package provider said the balcony view wasn’t good. However, nobody informed me that the room would have NO WINDOW at all! The room felt suffocating and claustrophobic. The room was extremely small and congested, nothing like what you would expect from a hotel that claims to be 3‑star (honestly, it didn’t even feel like 1 star).
