I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming—particularly Yusuf, who was especially helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the overall environment was comfortable and pleasant. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to others.

Incompetent and ignorant to guests requests. Wouldn't be staying with this hotel chain again. The hotel chain reservation team was great however the hotel reception was terrible with instructions which caused us to miss the speedboat and our transfer was delayed by 3 hours. It wasn't until the speedboat left without us that we were informed that we missed the speedboat. We were informed such by the reservation team with little to no help from the hotel reception. And we were traveling with a toddler. We requested a late checkout because of the delay and the request was completely ignored. And in the reservation we requested a higher floor and island view. However we got pool view in 1st…
This hotel is one of the worst I’ve ever had the chance to visit. There’s constant noise from the nearby construction site. It’s impossible to relax or even stay in the hotel. The sound of drills is accompanied by hammering. The hotel should really consider meeting the customer’s request to change rooms. At the reception, I was told that the hotel doesn’t offer any such compensation. For me, this is a 1 out of 5 stars.
