Poor experience here 👎 when we reached we were not given the room we had paid for.. the wifi doesn't in most of the room. At night when you just want to rest there is loud drilling work going on right outside our room door in the hotel premises. The hotel staff are NOT courteous and just ignore your concerns. They are rude. This place has been my WORST experience since the last 6 years of travelling to this island. PLEASE save yourself the effort, enjoy your trip and STAY AWAY FROM WHITE SHELLS. Lots of better hotels at the same price! 🚫🚫
