Quite okay if you only stay for one night. The staff was nice but had a poor overall knowledge and was of no help when it comes to transfers, activities etc. If you are traveling and need some suport this is not the hotell for you.

When we arrived they said they overbooked. Didnt get the room we were supposed to. We said we needed a double bed before hand but they didnt arrange it. There are a lot of spiders and insects in the room, moreover its extremely unhygienic. The toilet wasnt functional either. Will not reccommend to anyone. Please dont book this place. If i could give 0 stars, thats what I would give. I booked for 2 nights and 3 days, but because the room was simply unlivable I booked another place for the 2nd night. Was forced to stay there for the 1st night as I couldnt get another place. Overall a HORRIBLE experience. Staff is very unprofessional. They didnt even come to pick us up at the habour and we had…
It was terrible. Rude staff. Woken at 7:30am to banging on my door for "breakfast". Unorganized staff on check in. They demanded to know how much I paid and to see the receipt.. isn't that their job to know? No hot water until we asked the staff to turn it on. Coffee/tea was offered free but there was none (nothing near the hot water). No drinking water available. Asked a second time for my booking receipt and how much I paid by the manager on my way out (an hour after I checked in).
