Absolutely amazing place. Always smiling and helpful staff,nothing was problem for them. Location is absolutely stunning. I have dinner on the beach and looking at sharks while I'm writing this review. Rooms are large enough, very clean, but some equipment would deserved to be refurbished but it was no problem for us. We definitely will come back.

Our stay at Kinan Retreat was a mix of wonderful and disappointing experiences. The location is unbeatable — right next to the sea — and the majority of the staff were incredibly warm and hardworking. A special mention goes to the cleaning staff, whose dedication and work ethic from morning till evening were truly impressive. However, our experience with the Lady receptionist , who also seemed to handle hotel management tasks, was quite disappointing. She lacked basic hospitality skills and customer service etiquette, treating the hotel more like a casual lodge than a professional retreat. In contrast, her brother, who also worked there, was polite and professional. Unfortunately, the…
Considering the location, it was the best on the island. We stayed six nights. There are a total of nine rooms while we stayed three of them. In the sea view room( room number 8), the bathroom lock is out of order, and there is no space in the bathrooms to keep your toiletries. Under the basin, there was a cabinet that was not clean. In another sea view room (room number 1), there is a leakage in the toilet roof, and water drops. The price is a bit higher compared to the room quality. Overall, the hotel is clean. WiFi of the hotel is tooooo slow. If anything is required, you have to wait until 9.00pm to open the reception. It's open very limited time. You have to run by their schedule.
