The staff was very friendly and Exceptional Service and Quality I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the quality and attention to detail were obvious. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. But what really stood out was the staff — every single person I encountered was incredibly friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, always responding to requests without hesitation and with a smile. It’s rare to find this level of hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and comfort!

Shariq and team are awesome! Me and family stayed 4 nights at Madi Grand and totally no regret! We joined 4 excursions and all of them are fantastic! I witnessed the most unforgettable moment where hundreds of dolphins swimming together! Shariq brought us to beautiful coral garden with almost no other tourists, and I saw at least 7 sea turtles! He took care of our safety seriously. Highly recommended!
I recently stayed at Madi Grand, and it was an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Shariq, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The food was absolutely delicious, and the hotel has a fantastic pool. Plus, it's conveniently located near the beach. I highly recommend this hotel!
