Lily Beach Resort Maldives is pure paradise! The Beach Suite with jacuzzi was amazing, and the food in the main restaurant was fantastic. The bar served incredible drinks. I truly expected much better from Lily Beach Maldives. My first email took an entire week to receive a reply, which was surprising for a resort of this level. When I finally got a response, it lacked the professionalism and attentiveness I would expect from a five-star property. I sent a second follow-up email, and unfortunately, I never heard back. For a resort that promotes itself as offering world-class service, this level of communication is simply not acceptable
